Who is selling to you

We are Kindred Crown Publishing Group, the publisher of Behind Decaying Walls. Our legal name is Mason Media Group, LLC and our postal address is 21803 Morton Rd, Ste 650-1006, Katy, TX 77449, United States.

What you are buying

The e-book is an app-only reading license for one edition of the book. You read it in the Crown Reader app. It is not a file you download, and there is no file to keep.

• The license is personal to you. You may not transfer it, share it or resell it.
• You can use the app on up to 3 devices. You can remove a device to free up a place.
• You need the Crown Reader app to read the book. If the app is not available on your device, you cannot read the book on that device.

Pre-orders and the publication date

If you buy before the publication date, this is a pre-order. This is what we promise about delivery.

Price, tax and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Any sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we never see your full card number. See our Privacy Policy for how your information is handled.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel for a full refund until the book is first downloaded to one of your devices in Crown Reader. The Refund Policy explains how, and is the source of truth for refunds.

Printed books (paperback and hardcover) can be returned unread within 30 days of delivery. Damaged or wrong books are replaced or refunded. The Refund Policy has the details.

Disputes and chargebacks

If a payment is disputed with your bank or card issuer, access to the book is paused while the dispute is open. If the dispute is decided in your favor, access returns. If it is not, access ends.

If something is wrong with an order, please contact us first at support@behinddecayingwalls.com. We would rather fix it with you directly.

Your account

You sign in with a code we email to you. There is no password. Keep access to your email, because anyone who can read it can sign in as you.

We may block an account that is misused. A blocked account keeps the books already bought, but cannot sign in, check out or write reviews.

Who can buy

You must be 13 or older to use the site. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian to buy.

Reviews

Reviews you submit are shown by your first name and last initial after we approve them. We may remove a review. See the Privacy Policy for what is shown and how to ask for removal.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. Changes do not affect purchases you have already completed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Texas, United States.
